Since the earliest days of our existence, with
Harold Heath starting out in a machine shop making brackets for Boeing in 1951, we've had long-standing relationships with the big aircraft OEMs throughout the years. Boeing was our first aircraft OEM customer, and they've continued to award us programs up to the present time. We've also fully developed a long-term relationship with Airbus on the A380 and A330F platforms, and have an exciting program heating up with Mitsubishi Aircraft Corporation to supply the MRJ interior.

As our relationships with the OEMs blossomed over time, and our company
reorganized, Heath Tecna created a multidisciplinary team within the company named
OEM Programs. While other divisions of the company are focused on relatively short term contracts, the OEM Programs team has focused on long term and well planned operations to achieve success. By utilizing just about every lean methodology available, partnerships with the aircraft OEMs have been streamlined.
Beyond engineering and manufacturing
SFE (Supplier Furnished Equipment), the OEM Programs team also offers OEM system integration and build-to-print capabilities.
