For most of our aircraft OEM contracts, our OEM Programs team provides engineering services for the products we manufacture. We do have however the production capabilities, facilities, and flexibility to focus on manufacturing build-to-print orders when called upon. Utilizing a highly trained production workforce, Heath Tecna excels at crafting complex assemblies to exacting specifications for the aerospace industry.

While build-to-print means just that, we are able to go a step further and offer a lean evaluation service for customers who have long production runs. By holding a kaizen event and following the principles of 3P, we can review a design before manufacturing commences and offer suggestions for change if we can effectively streamline the manufacturing process.
